Welcome to Xzavo.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Xzavo, a service operated by Skyliners Tech LLC ("Xzavo", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Xzavo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

Xzavo provides tools that help users:

• Upload and store receipts
• Organize expenses
• Track expense records
• Generate expense reports
• Export expense-related information

Xzavo is a productivity and organization platform. It is not an accounting service, tax service, bookkeeping service, legal service, or financial advisory service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

By using Xzavo, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Keeping your account information up to date

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Xzavo, including:

• Receipts
• Screenshots
• Images
• PDFs
• Expense records
• Notes and attachments

By uploading content, you grant Xzavo a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload any content submitted to the platform.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Use Xzavo for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Xzavo may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to extract information from uploaded receipts and documents.

Such information may include:

• Merchant names
• Transaction amounts
• Dates
• Categories
• Other expense-related details

These systems are not guaranteed to be accurate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted information before using it for:

• Reimbursement requests
• Accounting purposes
• Tax filings
• Business reporting
• Financial decisions

Xzavo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated or automatically extracted information.

Xzavo provides tools to organize information and generate reports.

We do not guarantee that:

• Reports will satisfy employer requirements
• Expenses will qualify for reimbursement
• Generated reports will be accepted by any organization
• Uploaded receipts will meet compliance requirements
• Reports will be suitable for accounting or tax purposes

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all reports generated through the service.

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally experience:

• Maintenance periods
• Downtime
• Delays
• Technical issues
• Data processing interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features from the service at any time without prior notice.

Certain features may require payment or a subscription.

If paid plans are offered:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscription fees will be charged according to the selected plan
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

The Xzavo platform, including its software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, content, and functionality, is owned by Xzavo and/or Skyliners Tech LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Xzavo intellectual property.

You may stop using Xzavo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

• You violate these Terms
• We believe your use creates legal, security, or operational risks
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XZAVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• AVAILABILITY

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XZAVO, SKYLINERS TECH LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• LOST PROFITS
• LOST REVENUE
• LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• LOST DATA
• REIMBURSEMENT DISPUTES
• ACCOUNTING ERRORS
• TAX CONSEQUENCES
• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

YOUR USE OF XZAVO IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xzavo, Skyliners Tech LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Xzavo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
